MFL Summer "REP" Football
Mississauga Rattlers
The Mississauga Rattlers are a summer "Rep" football program affiliated with the Mississauga Football League.
It is our mission to allow for the continued development of those players in the MFL who have shown, by their play in the Fall season, that they would benefit by being part of a team playing at a higher level.
While we will consider players from outside the MFL who reside in Mississauga and also inexperienced players, there will be a tryout period in which it is determined whether or not new recruits have the experience, skill development or potential to play safely and competitively at this level.
Should a player be deemed as unready, at this time, to play at this level he/she and that players parents will be advised of this decision and given the opportunity to gain the necessary experience/development in the MFL Fall program. Full refunds will be given to the parents of all of these players
Playing Time
While we are not required, and do not promise, that every player see equal playing time, it will be our policy, in keeping with the mission of the MFL, to provide as much game time as possible to every player with the preparedness, health and desire necessary to contribute to the team.
